In its latest iteration of the East Asia and Pacific Economic Update published last week and titled “Weathering Growing Risks”, the World Bank projects a GDP growth of 6.6% in 2020 despite high inflationary pressures. The growth is fueled by investments in the manufacturing, insurance and construction sectors specifies the report.
