State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi is to make an official visit to the Czech Republic in early June, according to several media reports. The articles said that she will make a four-day visit to the European country, and will meet with the country’s president Milos Zeman, its Prime Minister Andrej Babis, as well as other senior government officials and MPs. She is also expected to speak at the Czech-Myanmar economic forum on June 4, as well as attend the opening of the Myanmar Embassy in Prague. During her European visit, Aung San Suu Kyi is also expected to visit Hungary.
