As reported by Xinhua, Myanmar’s trade through sea routes for current fiscal year (started in October) reached over USD 4.8 billion as of December 6.

With USD 2 billion earned through maritime export and imports amounting to USD 2.8 billion, the trade increased by nearly USD 500 million compared to the same period last year.
