The Yangon Innovation Center, an initiative by the Yangon Region Government to support the growth of the local startup and innovation ecosystem, is going to be developed by Seedstars – Thura Swiss, with CB Bank as the main powering partner.

With Seedstars’ expertise in ecosystem and in building a network of startup centered hubs around the world, The YIC will become a CB Bank-powered Seedspace and serve as the physical launchpad for Seedstars’ ecosystem and capacity building activities.

One of the key activities will be the Seedstars Academy program, a long-term vocational training initiative to provide aspiring local entrepreneurs with the digital and entrepreneurial skills to develop and sustain their business. Additionally, there will be weekly events to keep the community growing and vibrant.
